The graduation ceremony rehearsal will be held on Friday, 16 January 2026, at 11:30, at AKKM, with the participation of the graduation ceremony committee representatives of each faculty, school, and vocational school, as well as students. The announcement regarding academic gowns is provided below.This announcement applies to graduating students in the LLB, LLM, and PhD programs.

ACADEMIC GOWN ANNOUNCEMENT

Regarding the Provision of Academic Gowns for Students Graduating in the Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year

Accordingly:

a) In order for students to obtain their academic gowns, starting from 12 January 2026, they may deposit the gown fee of TRY 7,000.00 (seven thousand Turkish Lira) into the Academic Gown Account at the Near East Bank University Branch.
By presenting two copies of the bank receipt on 12 January 2026 to the Gown Office located at the Faculty of Health Sciences (next to the main entrance information desk), students will be able to receive their gowns.

b) Students who wish to purchase an academic gown may complete the transaction by submitting two bank receipts for the TRY 7,000.00 payment made to Near East Bank.

c) Students who wish to rent an academic gown may also complete the transaction by submitting two bank receipts for the TRY 7,000.00 payment made to Near East Bank.
Upon returning the gown, TRY 3,500.00 will be refunded to the student.

d) Students may receive a refund of the paid amount one day after payment, provided that they return the academic gown in undamaged condition.
