Human Rights Legal Clinic launched for LLB Students

Near East University LLB Programme launches the Legal Clinic on Human Rights in Fall Semester 2019-20, in collaboration with the Law and Society Center of Near East University. The Legal Clinic Programme aims at providing law students with hands-on legal experience on human rights issues by delivering pro-bono legal aid to needy individuals.  Participants of the Human Rights Legal Clinic will particularly focus on legal issues of foreign citizens residing in TRNC.

Interested students can choose “Human Rights Legal Clinic” as an elective course on Einstein Portal. Eligible students will be invited to an interview each semester, and a number of students will be selected for the clinic in view of their interests and background on Human Rights matters.

Further details will be announced here soon.
