Dear Students,
Spring 2022/23 Final Exams Week will commence on the 29 May 2023.
As per the decisions taken by the Faculty Board, students who has outstanding fees by 25 May 2023 will NOT be eligible to enter the final exams.
This means that by the 25 May 2023, your Genius portals must be activated by the International Office, and you must immediately inform your course advisors to add your courses to your portal.
If your name does not appear on the relevant course’s class registry on the Genius portal on the day of the final exam, you will not be able to enter the final exam.
-This is a no exception rule, and it is not within the discretionary of your advisors or your lecturers.
-Any financial issues or any issues that prevents you from paying your fees must be discussed with the International Office not the course advisors. Course advisors do not have any discretion over the students’ fees.
-If a student enters the exam without meeting with the relevant eligibility criteria, their exam will be void and will face academic misconduct charges.
