• Students are required to take 5 courses each semester.
• Students who wish to take more than 5 must have a CGPA higher than 2,00 and within the discretion of their advisors.
• Students are NOT permitted to take 7 courses. Should there be an exceptional situation this must be discussed by the Head of Department via advisors prior to approval.
• Students are not permitted to take courses of their own choosing – they must discuss the courses with their lecturers at the beginning of each semester.
• Passive students will not be eligible for registration or entering the lectures. It is the obligation of the students to sort out their financial situations and no exceptions can be made from the department.

Please keep in mind that these courses should not be given in one semester all together. It is recommended that eg; AIT103 + YIT101 will be given in one semester and the others in other semesters. Make sure the students take the YIT101 before taking YIT102 and AIT103 before taking AIT104.
Also keep in mind that the course codes for the students who are native Turkish speakers will not be taking these courses but similar courses with different course codes.
